Question:Copy Data File to HDFS

Create a dft (or whatever your identifier is) directory in the Hadoop File System (HDFS) and copy the data file 4300.txt to it:
hadoop@hadoop102:~/352/dft$  cd ..
hadoop@hadoop102:~/352/dft$  hadoop dfs -mkdir dft            (makes a dft directory in the cloud)
hadoop@hadoop102:~/352/dft$  hadoop dfs -copyFromLocal 4300.txt dft
hadoop@hadoop102:~/352/dft$  hadoop dfs -ls
hadoop@hadoop102:~/352/dft$  hadoop dfs -ls dft
